I was visiting Shreveport from on business and saw their ad in my hotel; took a chance on Wednesday night; liked it so much came back for music on Thursday night.
VERY GOOD selection of single-malts; very well stocked bar. Good beers on tap and a good selection of bottled beer (Chimay and Duvel!).
Small menu, but the food was VERY good: I had three breasts of quail, stuffed with cherries, with cherry glaze; the next night the muffelatta was very good. Just a bit pricey, but excellent flavor and presentation.
Thursday night was jam night: six or seven multi-talented local musicians who knew a wide selection of country/folk/acoustic guitar rock - and they sounded great.
Small crowd, but Pat Green was in town and it was the final home game for the local hockey team.
My recommendation (for what it is worth) is: if you're in Shreveport, make the trip to Noble Savage.
